Buying a New Furnace or Air Conditioner
We understand that it’s never fun to save for new HVAC equipment, and experience tells us it’s usually not a planned purchase. Our maintenance plan puts you in a better position for the unexpected time when you have no choice but to buy a new furnace or air conditioner.

Be proactive. Sign-up for our maintenance plan and receive bi-annual equipment check-ups, plus we’ll waive the diagnostic fee when a repair is made.
Remember, when it’s time to buy a new unit, we’ll apply up to $1,000 to a new system (5 years of maintenance plan costs).
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Plan members receive up to 200 points yearly towards the replacement of their existing equipment up to a maximum of 1000 points that will be applied from the purchase amount of the installed system.
With the roll-out of our new plan existing customers with two years or more continuous planned service will be grandfathered with 400 points to jump start their rewards. A customer with one full year but less than two years will receive a 200 point credit.
1 point = $1 towards your purchase. Maximum $1000 credit is for complete system. If a furnace or air conditioner is purchased separately half the amount of credit available can be used with a maximum credit of $500 will apply. Reward credits are non-transferable to other addresses or new ownership. The Loyalty Rewards Plan must run consecutive years and be active at time of purchase. Applies to residential accounts only.
