DID YOU KNOW?
MERV Rating*
MERV stands for minimum efficiency reporting value, and is the standard to rate the overall effectiveness of an air filter. The higher the unit's MERV rating the finer filtration it offers, meaning fewer dust and air particles can pass through.
HEPA Filters
HEPA stands for high-efficiency particulate air, and is the quality standard for the best air filters. These top-of-the-line filters remove 99% of particles and bioaerosols from the air to keep your home's environment as clean as possible.
* MERV = Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value. Describes the filter's ability to capture particles and ranges from 1 to 16. Typical fiberglass filter = MERV 1. The higher the MERV rating, the better the filtration.
